All sales are final.
The exception is damage in transit or a wrong item. If your set arrives damaged, or if you receive something different from what you ordered, write to me at hello@miseenmahjong.com within **5 days of delivery**. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
After 5 days, I can't guarantee a remedy.
Why final sale
These are limited editions with long waiting lists. Most pieces are made to order. A returned set means someone on the waitlist gets pushed back. Final sale keeps the buyer pool serious.
Gift cards and promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable. Any promotional discount or sale price is non-refundable.
What "final sale" doesn't mean: It doesn't mean you're stuck with a defective set. It doesn't mean a wrong shipment is your problem. Reach out within 5 days and we will fix it.
